How is OpsLogix VMware Management Pack licensed?

OpsLogix VMware Management Pack is licensed per physical monitored VMware CPU Socket. The first year of support and assurance (SA) is mandatory and will be added to each socket upon purchase. Each sequential year, you will only be charged with the cost of software and assurance.

Do you still invest in the development of VMware Management Pack?

YES, and again yes. OpsLogix VMware Management Pack is under continuous development, and we are constantly adding new features and support for the latest versions of VMware vCenter and ESXi. An investment in our Management Pack should be a confident decision to ensure you will have the best support and features in the future.

Which VMware ESXi versions are supported?

We support VMware ESXi 5.0 and later.

Which VMware vCenter versions are supported?

We support VMware vCenter 5.0 and later.

Do you support VMware vCenter Server Appliance (vCSA)?

Yes, VMware vCSA for vSphere 6.0, 6.5 and 6.7 are supported.

What are the system requirements for installing OpsLogix VMware Management Pack?

System Center Operations Manager Management Server or Gateway with .NET 4.5 Framework or higher.

What versions of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) do you support?

Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2, 2016, 1801, 1807, 2019.

What permissions are required in vCenter / ESXi?

We only require an account that have read-only permissions inside your vCenter or ESXi environment
