OpsLogix releases a BETA program of a Teams Connector for Operations Manager (SCOM), as the latest addition in our Virtual Operator product lineup. As of today, you will be able to sign up and join our program.
The new connector is a welcomed addition to our existing products, such as the Service Now Connector and EZalert,” says Jonas Lenntun, Business Development at OpsLogix. “Not only is the timing just right since we all depend on virtual collaboration and meetings to work. It also increases operational transparency and enables easy KPI revision within SCOM.
After more than six months of the pandemic influencing the way we work, it has become apparent that the remote workplaces are here to stay. The growing popularity of Microsoft Teams and the sunset of Skype for Business makes Teams one of the most popular virtual collaboration tools.
From a DevOps perspective, each team responsible for IT-operations are typically widely spread within organizations. This means that more people outside the central IT Operations want to view and be engaged and involved with system failures. By implementing a Bi-Directional connection between Microsoft Teams and Operations Manager, we now enable your organization to respond quickly and act on any system failure detected from Operations Manager. Using the integrated security parameters available through Microsoft Intune, this manageability is easily extended to any mobile device as well (BYOD).
